- Special Permits and Road Documents: For special cargo—whether registered or unregistered—whose weight and/or dimensions exceed legal limits, the required “Special Permit Document” (in accordance with Article 128 of the Highways Traffic Regulation) is obtained by our company from the Ministry of Transport, depending on the nature of the load.
